Installation Supervisor

Installation Supervisor Duties Include:

• Manage the installation of epoxy flooring & painting projects
• Communicate with customers
• Organize and develop our crews for maximum success
• Uphold our brand promise, values and standards
• Approach their work with enthusiasm and detail
• Help develop installation systems & SOPs
• Follow scopes of work to ensure successful outcomes
• Reviews and enforces safety plans and procedures
• Helps develop our installation schedule
• Teaches and trains our crews
• Works alongside crews to install systems and perform the work

Necessary Skills:

• Strong math and recordkeeping skills
• Ability to read blueprints
• Good communication skills
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability
• Proficient with power and hand tools
• Experience with scaffolding and lift equipment
• Competent with Class A pick-up truck and job trailer mobilization
• Attention to detail and enthusiasm for a job well done

Must Haves:

• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Prior construction experience
