Technical Sales Manager

For over 30 years, PennCoat in Lancaster County has provided epoxy floor coatings, industrial painting, safety markers and line striping to commercial/industrial businesses in the Mid-Atlantic region. We help make facilities clean, safe and sharp. But most importantly, from planning to PPE to project management and beyond, we know how to work effectively in unusual environments, and we take safety seriously.

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Manager who will be the first point of contact for new clients. This is a newly-created position, and we would like the Technical Sales Manager to cultivate this position with our Executive Management Team.

Results Statement:

The Technical Sales Manager will consistently generate profitable new business for the company that is in alignment with PennCoat’s strategic objectives and values for growing the business.

Our Must-Haves:

  • Secondary education in the Sciences and/or Engineering or related fields is preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Word are vital
  • Strong math skills
  • Ability to communicate verbally with clarity
  • A valid and unrestricted driver’s license is a necessity
  • Ability to travel, but no overnight travel
  • Most importantly, the initiative and drive to excel in sales
